Deilivery Engineer

Responsibilities 1.參與客戶訂單評審，與銷售團隊及客戶保持緊密溝通，理解客戶需求，識別交付風險，並合理評估交付計劃。 1.Participate in customer order reviews, maintain close communication with sales teams and customers, understand customer needs, identify delivery risks, and reasonably evaluate delivery plans. 2.全程跟蹤並管理訂單交付流程，確保按時交付；同時保證項目實施符合公司流程及客戶要求。 2.Track and manage the entire order delivery process to ensure timely delivery, while ensuring compliance with company procedures and customer requirements. 3.與 EA 團隊合作，規劃並執行多式聯運至澳大利亞港口及偏遠項目現場；協調關鍵吊裝、大件運輸及需州級許可/引導車輛的超限運輸。 3.Work with EA team to plan and execute multimodal transport to Australian ports and remote project sites; coordinate critical lifts, heavy transport, and oversize loads requiring state permits/pilot vehicles. 4.確保遵循澳大利亞相關法規，包括 HVNL、CoR、IATA DGR、鋰電池危險品運輸、ADG、海關清關、AQIS 檢疫、州道路通行許可及環保法規。 4.Ensure compliance with Australian regulations including HVNL, CoR, IATA DGR, Li-ion DG, ADG, Customs clearance, AQIS quarantine, state road permits, and environmental requirements. 5.與貨代、碼頭作業方、運輸承包商及項目現場團隊溝通，確保交付進度與施工時間表保持一致。 5.Liaise with freight forwarders, stevedores, transport contractors, and site teams to align delivery schedules with construction timelines. 6.主動應對澳大利亞特有風險（如港口擁堵、山火、颶風季節、偏遠道路限制等），制定應急預案並解決問題。 6.Proactively address Australia-specific risks (e.g., port congestion, bushfires, cyclone season, remote road limitations), and develop contingency plans for problem-solving. 7.進行運費與成本控制，支持滯期費/滯箱費管理，優化集裝箱利用率；同時保障倉儲安全（溫控、測試、充電及預安裝需求）。 7.Control freight rates and costs, manage demurrage/detention, optimize container utilization, and ensure warehouse safety (e.g., temperature-controlled storage, testing, charging for pre-installation). Requirements 1.5年以上物流與供應鏈管理經驗，其中 3年以上專注於澳大利亞 BESS 或大型電氣設備項目。 1.5+ years in logistics and supply chain management, with 3+ years focused on BESS or heavy electrical equipment in Australia. 2.熟悉超限運輸及危險品（DG Class 9）管理，具備澳大利亞港口操作經驗；精通相關法規，包括 HVNL、CoR、通行許可、AQIS 清關及州道路規範。 2.Proven track record in oversize transport and DG Class 9 management via Australian ports; deep knowledge of Australian regulations such as HVNL, CoR, access permits, AQIS clearance, and state road rules. 3.理解 BESS 及備件的搬運和儲存要求，具備偏遠地區現場物流經驗；了解 BESS 調試週期、JIT 交付策略及倉儲管理。 3.Understanding of BESS and spare parts handling and storage requirements, experience with remote site logistics, knowledge of BESS commissioning timelines, JIT delivery strategies, and warehouse management. 4.具備優秀的溝通能力和協調能力，能夠高效整合資源，推動順利交付；具備嚴謹的問題分析與解決能力。 4.Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong organizational ability to efficiently align resources for smooth delivery; rigorous problem analysis and problem-solving skills. 5.擁有交付風險識別與危機管理能力，能夠主動識別、預警並升級潛在風險，保持高度警覺與危機意識。 5.Strong delivery risk identification and crisis management skills; able to proactively detect, escalate, and mitigate risks while maintaining vigilance.
