* 大學/碩士學歷，光電、機械、電子、電機等相關科系畢業。 * 2+ yrs Smartphone Camera SoC 影像調整經驗，如: 圖像調試or 畫質評估。 * 具備 光學測試工站 & 影像處理設備架設與維護經驗。 如: MTF/SFR 測試系統、色彩校正設備等。了解自動化測試框架 & 工具。 * 熟悉 Smartphone Camera 3A (AE/AF/AWB) 原理，具備 ISP 2A/3A image pipeline 處理/調整概念。 * 熟悉 CMOS sensor, Lens, VCM 等器件特性、鏡頭模組相關影像調整尤佳， 熟悉 Camera 成像光學設計驗證，熟悉 Imager sensor 光學驗證， 具備 影像觀念，略懂 Firmware，有相關影像系統電路的經驗尤佳。 * 略懂 Python, Bash, Imatest 尤佳。 * 具備 Smartphone Camera & Analog FHD 模組電路圖的分析能力尤佳。 * 具備 色溫/色域空間/色彩學的基礎理論者尤佳。 * 具備 Bring up Sensor 經驗者尤佳。 * 熟悉 TechPoint/Nextchip/Novatek/Ambarella 影像校正調整流程尤佳。 * 具備 Black Level, Gamma, C, WDR, NR, Tone Mapping, Sharpness 等處理經驗者尤佳。 * 主動、積極，能有效自我表達、獨立執行， 具備 良好溝通協調能力，思維敏捷，理解力強， 具備 自我學習能力，具團隊概念。 * 具備 良好的英語聽說讀寫能力 A.) Min. Qualifications: 1. B.S. in Engr., Science, Imaging Sci., Color Sci., E.E., Computer Sci., or a related field 2. 2+ yrs of hands-on exp. in Smartphone (Sphn.) Camera (Cam.) Tuning 3. Hands-on Qualcomm Sphn. plt. & Cam. tuning tools, MediaTek plt. & Cam. tuning tools 4. Exp. w/ obj. & subjective Image (img.) Qual. Eval. 5. Proficiency in Cam. Testing under various Lighting cond. 6. Hands-on Image Qual. Metrics & Testing Meth. 7. Effective English comm. skills in verbal & written English 8. Knowledge in basic Cam. ops. (cam. settings) 9. Hands-on exp. in script lang. (Python/Bash) for Test Automation & DB. Mgmt. is a MUST 10. Understanding of computational photo., Photo. exp. and understanding of img. quality. i.e. digital photo., HD, SD, HDR, DSLR 11. Know how a cam. works = concept of cam., Understanding of RAW image processing, Know more about ISP is a plus. 12. Hands-on exp. in Img. tuning or qual. eval. is a MUST. B.) Hands-on Img. syst. (optics, sensor, ISP, etc.) 18. Hands-on Sphn.'s CPU & GPU 19. Exp. on working on Sphn. cam. tuning is preferred. Others: 1. Ability to comm. w/ cross-funct. teams in English & Chinese fluently. 2. Bilingual cap. is required (Mandarin & English). Mandarin speaking/reading is essential skill in HCLTech Taiwan. 3. Must demonstrate init. & ownership of assigned resp. 4. Ability to work collaboratively & openly w/ cross-funct. Team Ldr., mbr. & clt. 5.
