工作內容

【Key Responsibilities】 1. Regional Event Planning & Execution -Lead the planning and on-site execution of major trade shows such as Computex and InfoComm Asia. -Drive core messaging development, booth concept ideation and implementation, vendor coordination, and cross-department collaboration. 2. Marketing Operations & Project Support -Manage and update product certifications (e.g., EEI label). -Oversee website localization and maintain regional websites. -Coordinate marketing activity requests from the NS team, ensuring effective project progress. 3. Digital Tools & AI Localization Management -Provide and manage user accounts and permissions for digital tools (e.g., Phrase translation platform, HeyGen AI dubbing tool). -Plan and deliver training sessions to ensure the team's effective use of these tools. -Continuously monitor tool effectiveness and propose optimization solutions. 4. Budget Management & Financial Execution -Implement regional marketing budget control and regularly review spending reports. -Verify and track settlement of Meta advertising invoices. -Support urgent financial processes related to projects to ensure timely execution. 5. Bridging Global & Regional Team Collaboration -Organize regular meetings between regional and global marketing teams to ensure smooth two-way communication. -Manage the shared events calendar and consolidate award application materials. -Facilitate knowledge sharing and reuse of global marketing resources and regional best practices.

【Qualifications & Competencies】 -Education & Experience- .Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communications, International Business, or related fields. .3–5 years of experience in marketing, event planning, or regional project management. .Prior experience in international exhibitions or large-scale event planning is a plus. -Professional Skills- .Strong knowledge of event and project planning processes; capable of independently leading international trade shows or projects. .Experience in marketing activities, analytics, website localization, and digital marketing tools. .Familiarity with AI tools (translation, localization, multimedia) is preferred. .Experience in financial or budget management, with the ability to monitor and track spending. -Soft Skills- .Strong project management and execution capabilities; able to independently manage tasks and drive cross-functional collaboration. .Excellent communication and coordination skills, connecting global and regional teams effectively. .Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and time management abilities. .Fluent in English (both spoken and written) with strong cross-cultural communication skills. 【Nice to Have】 .Basic proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva for adapting visual materials. .Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com or Planner for task tracking and status reporting. .Comfortable with B2B marketing concepts and understanding of tech-related industries or products is a plus.
