Reports to: District Sales Manager Location: 高雄(主要)&屏東 Primary Function/Objective: Ensure consistent sales achievement in the assigned territory by providing quality products and services. Develop technical and selling skills to meet customers’ needs and identify additional business opportunities while sustaining existing ones. Core Job Responsibilities: -Provide sales information monthly to support forecast development. -Work with the Sales Manager to develop and execute sales plans. -Implement product sales strategies to achieve sales goals and targets. -Utilize selling skills to meet customer needs and territory sales targets. -Communicate plans and results to Sales and Marketing Management. -Share market intelligence with management. -Attend marketing activities, conferences, health talks, exhibitions, and trade displays. -Execute all territory activities professionally and in compliance with AbbVie standards and Code of Conduct. -Maintain territory and customer records. -Attend regular departmental meetings for feedback.

B.A., B.S., or healthcare-related diploma/degree required. -At least 2 years of prior sales management experience preferred, with specialty care background is plus. Must have sales experience in HCP channels. -Having self-pay drug sales experience is big plus -Previous experience in Neurology/Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation therapeutic areas preferred. -Ability to understand complex technology, clinical procedures, and administrative requirements. -Solid business knowledge, territory management skills, selling ability, and execution. -Strong communication and leadership skills; comfortable managing multiple tasks and ambiguity. -Agile, accountable, able to innovate and manage change effectively.
