PLC and PC IOT Control Engineer_泰國

Your main role is to: PLC-IOT Engineer • Design, program, and maintain PLC and HMI systems for automated machinery and processes. • Integrate PLC and PC control systems with IIoT devices and platforms to enhance data acquisition and process control. • Implement IIoT solutions for remote monitoring, predictive maintenance, and process optimization • Ensure seamless communication between PC control systems and IIoT devices using industrial protocols (e.g., Modbus, HTTP, AMQP, and MQTT). • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with control and IIoT systems to minimize downtime. • Perform regular maintenance and updates on control and IIoT systems to ensure optimal performance. • Collaborate with the engineering team to design IIoT-enabled control solutions for new projects. • Conduct testing and validation of control and IIoT systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. • Provide technical support and training to production and maintenance teams. Qualifications •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field • Proven experience (3+ years) in PLC programming and HMI development. • Proficiency with PLC platforms such as Mitsubishi, Delta, Omron, or similar • Experience with PC-based control systems and software development (C#, Python, C++,Node-red). • Strong knowledge of Factory Data Exchanged standard (e.g., IPC-CFX, SECS/GEM). • Experience with industrial communication protocols and IIoT communication protocols (e.g., MQTT, AMQP) • Experience with SCADA systems. • Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and IIoT Front-end technologies (e.g., React, Djangle, GRAFANA).. • Experience with data analytics and machine learning as applied to IIoT data
