Job Description • Improve module SMT process yield and resolve production abnormalities • Establish manufacturing procedures and product quality standards • Evaluate process project plans and develop optimized manufacturing workflows Requirements • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Chemistry related fields • Work experience: Not required (candidates with SMT process experience are preferred) • English: Intermediate level (listening, speaking, reading, writing) • Familiar with SMT tools and techniques Skills • Product yield improvement • New process development • SMT capacity utilization and efficiency improvement • Abnormality analysis and improvement in pilot run / mass production Compensation & Benefits • Salary: Negotiable (actual salary will be determined based on education, field of study, relevant experience, certifications, special skills, and language proficiency; senior positions are negotiable) Welcome candidates with an international background, especially those who have studied in Taiwan, to join our team.
