Come create with us. 【About The Role】 We are looking for a Content Project Manager to join the PicCollage Content Team. This role blends business analytics, project management, and trend awareness to drive our content strategy forward. The ideal candidate will be passionate about understanding user behavior, skilled in translating insights into actionable curation strategies, and capable of leading cross-functional initiatives to deliver better content experiences to millions of global users. 【What You'll Do】 Content Analytics & Strategy - Analyze the performance of PicCollage content (templates, stickers, backgrounds, fonts, image effects etc..) - Identify opportunities to optimize content curation and propose strategies that increase user engagement and subscription conversions - Work with User Research to guide data-driven decision making Project & Cross-Functional Leadership - Lead and manage content initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with product and marketing goals - Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and marketers to launch and evaluate content improvements Trend & Market Insights - Stay current with cultural moments, pop culture trends, and seasonal events, especially in the US market, to inform curation decisions - Proactively recommend new content themes that resonate with users and reflect emerging market trends 【Qualifications】 - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in content strategy, marketing, or project management - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations - Proven organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously - Native or near-native fluency in English, with strong communication skills 【What We’re Looking For】 - A strategic thinker who can balance creativity with data-driven decision making - A collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional teamwork and can drive projects to completion - Someone deeply curious about pop culture and user trends, with the ability to connect these insights to business outcomes 【Nice-To-Haves】 - Mandarin proficiency - Familiarity with photo/video apps, user-generated platforms, or subscription-based products - Experience with AI tools that can be leveraged for content ideation and workflow optimization 【Interview process 面試流程】 There are three main stages in our interview process: - Screen calls (1-2 calls) - Take-home quiz & review - Onsite interview (3-4 hours visiting) If we see a fit with the company, we will reach out to start getting to know each other. You can expect traditional discussions as well as participating situational exercises.
