[Team/Position Description] We are looking for a Marketing Architect to join our team. This is a senior role where you will both plan big-picture marketing strategies and make sure projects are carried out successfully. You will need to think ahead, bring creative ideas, and also be hands-on with execution. [Responsibilities] What You Will Do 1. Plan Marketing Strategies • Create medium- and long-term marketing plans using market trends, user insights, and data. • Develop ideas that prepare the business for future growth. 2. Lead and Deliver Projects • Take charge of major marketing projects such as product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, IP collaborations, and cross-industry partnerships. • Work with different teams (BD, Data, PR, Product, Design, etc.) to ensure smooth project delivery. 3. Use Data to Improve Results • Review campaign data, find insights, and suggest clear improvements. • Keep making our activities better to increase sales and brand impact. 4. Bring Creativity and Cultural Insights • Turn consumer insights and cultural trends into fresh marketing ideas. • Try new formats and tools to tell stories that connect with users. 5. Work Across Markets • Communicate with different regional teams (Japan, Thailand, Taiwan, etc.) and share ideas clearly. [Qualifications] What We Look For • At least eight years of experience in digital marketing, including campaign management, media, and strategy. • Ability to balance strategic vision with executional details, demonstrating proactive and forward-looking thinking. • Comfortable working with data and using it to improve marketing. • Good English skills (speaking and writing) to handle meetings and presentations with international teams. • An open-minded team player who is curious and willing to try new approaches Nice to Have • Experience with IP, content marketing, or platform marketing. • Experience running regional or cross-market campaigns. • Proficiency in Korean or Japanese is a plus.
