FAE for Flash Products

• This position will be responsible for providing technical support on flash products including eMMC, SSD and SD/uSD cards for customers. • This position will work closely with customer application engineers and collaborate with internal sales and product team to resolve product application related issues. • Competent to work independently with cross functional departments. (PM, SW, PE, QA, Sales). • Responsible for technical relationship with the customer, customer engineering requirement follow-up, design in support and failure analysis. • Responsible for technical documentation (Datasheet and product spec management), as well as customer specific requests related to design in and user guide.
