Process Engineer 製程工程師

WHO YOU ARE: ● At least bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related, or having 2 years of engineering experience in a chemical, refinery manufacturing plant. ● Fresh graduates with bachelor's degree in chemical engineering related are also welcomed! Knowledge： 1. Broad knowledge of rotating and static equipment, industry instrumentation&control philosophy through experience, expert training, and self-study. 2. Knowledge in LSS and continue improvement process preferred. 3. Knowledge in Engineering code, standard and regulation. 4. Knowledge in Process Safety Management system within international regulation and local OSHA's regulation preferred. Skills: 1. Excellent verbal and written skills in order to communicate with and obtain cooperation from team members involved with engineering, design, check out, commissioning and start-up. 2. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical and problem-solving skills, able to apply rigorous logic. Able to manage multiple projects and priorities. 3. Project management skills. 4. Fluent in English (intermediate). 5. As a team player to work with people with difference cultural backgrounds. 6. Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact across all levels of the organization. • 具備化學工程或相關科系學士學位，或在化工、煉油製造廠有2年工程經驗。 • 歡迎化工相關科系應屆畢業生應徵！ 專業知識： 1. 對轉動和靜態設備、工業儀表和控制原理有廣泛了解（可透過工作經驗、專業培訓或自學獲得）。 2. 熟悉精實生產/六標準差及持續改善流程尤佳。 3. 了解工程規範、標準和相關法規。 4. 具備國際規範和當地職安法規中的製程安全管理系統知識為佳。 技能要求： 1. 良好的口語和書面表達能力，能與工程、設計、驗收、試俥和啟動等相關團隊成員有效溝通合作。 2. 優秀的問題排除和分析解決能力，邏輯思維清晰，能同時管理多項專案和處理優先事項。 3. 具備專案管理能力。 4. 中級以上英語能力。 5. 能作為團隊一員與不同文化背景的人共事。 6. 良好的人際關係技巧，能與組織各層級人員順暢互動。
