My client is US listed company in all-in-one security field, with fast growing business and environment to develop innovative product solutions. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Director of Product and global VP of engineering & manufacturing to deliver market fit product. - Work closely and drive global Senior hardware and firmware engineers and architects to deliver projects and product on time. - In charge of ODMs, JDMs and CMs collaborations and management. - Strong in planning and executing technical projects within budget and on time. Improve work methods with cross regions. Requirements: - 10+ years’ experience in IoT products and holding Electrical or Computer engineering degrees. - Solid experience either in Robotics, camera or AMR products. - Proven record in leading a 3 + members team and build up team from scratch. - Great English communication skills.
