Requirements: 1. Minimum 10 years of experience in footwear industry with a focus in R&D/ innovation 2. Bachelor's degree and above 3. Knowledge of shoe development and manufacturing processes 4. Cross-functional collaboration skills; strong team player with ability to multi-task in deadline-driven environment. 5. Organizational skills and data analytical skills 6. Creative thinking 7. Excellent presentation skills 8. English Literacy
