【Job Description】 ------------------------------ • Plan end-to-end hardware architecture for new products (power, MCU/SoC, sensors, connectivity, I/O) and drive key component selection. • Interface with NPI/EMS/ODM and suppliers: prototype builds, MP ramp, yield improvement. • Create schematics and review PCB layout (with external EMS vendor), balancing SI/PI/EMC and manufacturability. • Build and maintain the BoM (multi-sourcing, lead time, EOL risk, and cost control). • Define and execute HW verification plan & SOP across EVT/DVT/PVT; board bring-up, measurements, and debugging. • Plan and drive production test (ICT/FCT/ATE) and fixture requirements with FW/Test engineers. • Prepare for compliance and certifications (EMC/EMI/ESD/safety; CE/FCC/BSMI/UL/RoHS/REACH). • Write and maintain HW specifications, design documents, and change control (ECR/ECN). • Act as the hardware owner to manage schedules and risks; collaborate with FW/ME/Procurement/QA. • Occasional domestic/overseas travel may be required. 【Compensation】 ------------------------------ • Competitive base salary • Meaningful equity (Delivering significant long-term value as the company scales.) • Performance-based bonuses • Year-end bonuses • Profit sharing 【Important】 The salary shown under "工作待遇 月薪" refers to base pay only.
