工作內容
- Responsible for Oscilloscope test and measurement applications. - Perform technical support for general instruments for the customers. - Partner with sales as a technical owner for pre-sales activities, e.g. demonstrates product capability and performance. - Online/On-site customer support, e.g. including presentation, demonstration, training, and application cases. - Building a long-term, trustworthy relationship with customers as technical experts. - Develop strong links with R&S HQ.

其他條件
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or comparable field of studies. - Power electronic application or SI/PI experience is a major plus. - Experience in instrument operations, e.g. Oscilloscope, Power Supply, Power Analyzer. - Programming skills to bridge product and customer projects. - Familiar with Instrument control and SCPI commands. - Presentation experiences for online/physical technical seminars. - Customer-centric and people-facing personality with a strong curiosity to learn new applications & topics. - With driver license, willing to travel to customers sites (more than 50% of time).
