Exciting Opportunity! Join our Core Network team as a Customer Project Manager. You will be the key person connecting customers, technical teams, and internal groups. Lead successful projects that are delivered on time, within budget, and with excellent quality standards. ------------ Your Key Responsibilities Project Management Excellence Manage customer projects from planning to completion Handle budgeting, execution, and resource allocation effectively Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high quality standards Customer & Team Collaboration Serve as the primary contact point for customers Build and maintain strong customer relationships Coordinate with internal teams and external partners Facilitate clear communication across all stakeholders Risk Management & Quality Assurance Proactively identify and address project risks and issues Implement quality controls and industry best practices Ensure all deliverables meet established standards Documentation & Process Improvement Maintain comprehensive project documentation Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders Drive continuous improvement initiatives Optimize project management processes --------- What We're Looking For Education & Professional Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field Proven project management experience in telecommunications Strong background in customer-facing project delivery Solid understanding of core network technologies (4G, 5G, IMS, VoLTE, EPC) Knowledge of telecom network architecture Technical Skills & Certifications: Advanced project management capabilities Proficiency in MS Project or JIRA platforms Excellent leadership and communication abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred: PMP or Agile certifications Language & Personal Attributes: Fluent English (written and spoken) - Required Customer-focused approach with service excellence mindset Collaborative team player with agile thinking Effective multitasking and prioritization abilities Professional attitude with attention to detail
