BIODND https://biodnd.com/ 【Skills We're Looking For】 ✓ 2+ years of experience in UX research. ✓ Strong UX thinking; familiar with design systems. ✓ Assist in planning and conducting user research projects (e.g., user interviews, surveys, usability testing). ✓ Collect and organize user needs and feedback, supporting the creation of Personas and User Journeys. ✓ Support competitive research and market data collection, and compile research findings. ✓ Assist product managers with data analysis and research report preparation. ✓ Proficient with Figma. ✓ Self-driven, growth mindset, and capable of using AI tools to solve problems independently. ✓ Able to complete tasks independently and manage time effectively. ✓ Support basic project management tasks, including scheduling, progress tracking, and coordination among stakeholders. 【What You'll Do】 ✓ Collaborate with PMs and developers on product requirements and design. ✓ Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. ✓ Deliver designs for both web and responsive (RWD) platforms in an agile development cycle. ✓ Build and maintain a design system in Figma to support design and development consistency. ✓ Organize and manage a Tailwind UI component library to bridge design and engineering. 【Culture of This Department】 ✓ Get involved in core design decisions during the early product stage and create real impact. ✓ Bilingual and cross-cultural work environment with a global perspective. ✓ Agile development team (Scrum) with flat structure and strong focus on communication and growth. ✓ Startup culture with high flexibility and strong emphasis on design and user experience.
