Lead and manage a team of design engineers to develop high-power supply units that meet customer requirements, international safety standards, and company goals for cost, quality, and manufacturability. Ensure smooth product transition to mass production, oversee multiple projects to drive innovation and quality, and foster the technical and professional growth of the team. 1. Lead full product design cycle, ensuring quality, cost, delivery, and compliance with standards. 2. Review customer requirements, define design concepts, schedules, and resources; drive problem-solving and documentation. 3. Provide technical support for sustaining models, production issues, field failures, and component changes. 4. Manage and develop design team, assigning roles, reviewing performance, and supporting growth. 5. Support RFQ/RFI by preparing proposals, cost breakdowns, and schedules in collaboration with Sales/Marketing. 6. Advise on product design practices, procedures, and technical inquiries.
