a. Plan and coordinate safety assessments in collaboration with the project team. b. Monitor, collect, and resolve functional safety issues in accordance with industry standards. c. Define and track required ISO 26262 work products, ensuring timely progress and completion. d. Conduct and review safety analyses, including FMEDA, DFA, and FMEA. e. Organize and support internal/external reviews, audits, and assessments. f. Establish and maintain systematic processes related to ISO 26262 compliance. g. Perform functional safety assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.

此職位將直接參與公司在台灣及亞太市場的成長策略，帶領業務團隊持續開發新客戶並鞏固既有關係。 主要職責 1. 制定並執行公司在台灣及亞太地區的業務發展策略與年度目標 2. 帶領10人以上業務團隊，進行業績追蹤與績效管理 3. 開發並維繫與關鍵客戶 (CSP、ODM/OEM) 的高階合作關係 4. 與產品、研發、供應鏈等部門協作，推動專案落地及商業化 5. 分析市場趨勢、競爭格局與客戶需求，提出策略建議 6. 負責重大專案談判、報價與合約簽訂 7. 定期向管理層匯報業務進展及財務預測

a. 應用設計、工程及技術專業知識，跨部門協作，確保量產零組件的可靠性並解決緊急問題。 b. 參與並主導解決方案的設計、開發與驗證，特別專注於機殼冷卻方案及連接器設計。 c. 負責產品設計管理，提供團隊成員指導，追蹤與回報專案進度，並蒐集回饋以排除障礙。 d. 主動預判與處理設計風險，進行數據分析與驗證，提出並推動產品設計改良方案。 e. 執行新專案的可行性研究，活用既有設計並開發新設計與智慧財產，確保產品組合的一致性與完整性。

Lead and manage a team of design engineers to develop high-power supply units that meet customer requirements, international safety standards, and company goals for cost, quality, and manufacturability. Ensure smooth product transition to mass production, oversee multiple projects to drive innovation and quality, and foster the technical and professional growth of the team. 1. Lead full product design cycle, ensuring quality, cost, delivery, and compliance with standards. 2. Review customer requirements, define design concepts, schedules, and resources; drive problem-solving and documentation. 3. Provide technical support for sustaining models, production issues, field failures, and component changes. 4. Manage and develop design team, assigning roles, reviewing performance, and supporting growth. 5. Support RFQ/RFI by preparing proposals, cost breakdowns, and schedules in collaboration with Sales/Marketing. 6. Advise on product design practices, procedures, and technical inquiries.
