[Responsibilities] - Agent Design & Prototyping: Define agent architectures (planner, retriever, executor) using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom solutions. - LLM Integration: Connect to commercial APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI) and opensource LLMs (gemma, llma3, gpt-oss) - Tool & API Orchestration: Wrap internal and third-party services (CRM, ticketing, data warehouses, RPA) as "tools" that agents can invoke. - Monitoring, Tuning and retrain ML models - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, data science, DevOps, and business stakeholders to define use-cases and deliver production-ready solutions.
