You monitor progress and issues for well-defined tasks while seeking guidance to continue program momentum. You utilize existing protocols including meetings and project plans to organize and manage program tasks and stakeholders while demonstrating attention to detail. You collaborate with and communicate to stakeholders with guidance from your teammates as you are developing familiarity with the domain of your program. Responsibilities include: - Collect data relating to program progress from program stakeholders. Maintain project trackers and status reports under the direct guidance of program stakeholders. Execute on well-defined program tasks, incorporating Product Excellence values, Product Inclusion, and brand trust and reputation - Document program team roles and responsibilities for well-defined programs. Under direct guidance of program stakeholders, author stakeholder map. - Create and deliver program communications under direct guidance of program stakeholders.Minimum role qualification requires proficiency in: - User understanding and empathy - Managing Organizational Change (PgM/TPM) - Team Management - Stakeholder Management (PgM/TPM) - Planning (PgM/TPM) - Execution and Governance (PgM/TPM) - Portfolio Management (PgM/TPM) - Technical Judgment (TPM) - Communications Management (PgM/TPM) - Continuous Improvement (PgM/TPM) 【Job Requirements】 * 3 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management. * Experience with storage commodity management or contract manufacturer management. * Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical groups. * Ability to customize communications based on the audience. -Develop and implement global supply chain strategy for bootdrive throughout their entire product lifecycle -Collaborate with boot drive suppliers to manage various processes, including material preparation, production plans, supply allocation and delivery -Work closely with planning, finance, and commodity managers to create a reliable supply plan (forecast) that supports our business growth 【Other Requirements】 1.
