1. 維護公司內部管理資訊系統，確保系統穩定且高效運作 2. 規劃並開發 MIS 功能，滿足企業營運需求 3. 管理與優化公司網路架構，確保資料傳輸的安全與穩定 4. 建置並維護資訊安全措施(如防毒、防外洩)防止機密外洩及避免員工不當使用電腦 5. 與使用者溝通業務需求，進行系統需求分析並提供合適的技術解決方案 6. 定期執行系統盤點、效能監控與故障排除，確保系統高可用性 7. 維護公司網路與資料，並定期執行備份作業 8. 撰寫技術文件與操作手冊，並提供使用者培訓及日常技術支援 9. 進行資訊系統整合、維護與測試，確保各系統順暢運作 10. 推動內部系統改進與導入，持續優化並升級現有系統 【必備條件】 1. 具基本電腦與網路技術，熟悉 Windows、NAS、網路設備 2. 具基本英文溝通能力 3. 誠實、耐心、有同理心，能夠與使用者良好互動，同時堅守資訊安全及道德底線 【加分項目】 1. 資訊技術或相關科系學位者佳 2. 具備電腦硬體與網路故障排除經驗者佳 3.曾於企業擔任 MIS 職務，或有學校電腦維修相關經驗 4.具實務經驗者尤佳，例如系統維護、網路問題排解等 1. Maintain the company's internal management information system to ensure its efficient operation. 2. Assist internal system planning and development of MIS system functions to meet corporate needs. 3. Manage and optimize the company's network architecture to ensure the stability and security of data transmission. 4. Implement and maintain information security measures, such as anti-virus software, to prevent the leakage of company secrets and improper use of computers by employees. 5. Conduct system requirements analysis, communicate with users and understand business requirements, and provide appropriate technical solutions. 6. Conduct regular system information audits, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure high availability. 7. Maintain company network and data, and perform backup work. 8. Write technical documents and operation manuals, and provide technical training and support to users. 9. Responsible for the integration, maintenance, and testing of various information systems. 10. Internal system improvement and introduction, continuous improvement and upgrade of existing systems. 【Must have】 1.Basic knowledge of computer and networking technologies; familiar with Windows, NAS, and network equipment 2.Basic English communication skills 3.Honest, patient, and empathetic, with the ability to interact well with users while upholding information security and ethical standards 【Nice to have】 1.Degree in Information Technology or a related field 2.Experience in computer hardware and network troubleshooting 3.Prior experience as an MIS in a company, or computer maintenance experience in a school setting 4.Practical hands-on experience in areas such as system maintenance or network troubleshooting
