(固定或變動薪資因個人資歷或績效而異)【Requirements】 - Minimum of 8 years working experience in automotive TFT display design and development, with proven success in bringing products from concept to mass production. - Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (or related disciplines). Project Management – Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) in the automotive industry. Leadership – Proven team management experience, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams. – Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. – Proficiency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken). – Gentle, logical, detail-oriented, and capable of structured decision-making.
