Come create with us. 【About The Role】 As the Senior People Ops Manager, you will be involved in cultivating a team culture that encourages rapid learning and innovation adoption. Additionally, you will develop people-related practices and shape team dynamics to elevate the team's success in competitive markets. 【What You'll Do】 - Provide guidance and support to managers and employees across the organization. Be a strategic partner to the management team. - Analyze people operations data and metrics, providing relevant insights to support decision-making. - Initiate People operations practices, including performance management, employee relations/engagement, talent development, policy and procedure development, and compensation and benefits. Review and refine policies, procedures, and guidelines as necessary. - Guide and coach the People Operations Team, providing guidance and support. - Stay updated on industry knowledge, trends, and employment regulations by participating in communities, building up professional networks, and engaging in continuous learning. - Oversee the ATS/HRIS to enhance and streamline our people processes. 【What We’re Looking For】 - Experience in leading more than two areas in People Operations is required, including Performance Appraisal, Culture & Team building, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, and Employment Compliance. (The Experience in Company operating in Taiwan is required). - Exhibit Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability, capable of aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. - Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English. - Knowledge of employment/labor standards in Taiwan. - Based in (or are willing to relocate to) Taiwan. - Have experience working in multi-cultural work settings. 【Nice-To-Haves】 - Have relevant experience in Tech, start-up or high-growth sectors. - Have experience in coaching junior to middle-level members. - Analytical skills to effectively utilize data in People metrics to drive discussion & make people/HR decisions. - Understand and apply AI tools into your workflow. 【Interview process 面試流程】 There are three main stages in our interview process: - Screen calls (1-2 calls) - Take-home quiz & review - Onsite interview (3-4 hours visiting) If we see a fit with the company, we will reach out to start getting to know each other. You can expect traditional discussions as well as participating situational exercises.
