Develop and execute Deposit and Debit card business growth strategies and activities . Actively interact with various stakeholders and ensure efficient execution of business activities . Analyze customer behavior, revenue dynamics and trend, and in turn drive continuous improvement of product development and profitability management . Manage change and fine-tune processes to shorten processing time and improve customer journey . Ensure relevant control measures are in place to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank as well as meeting all the internal standard, compliance, policies and regulation - Principal Accountabilities: . Deliver business goals . Manage above and below the line initiatives and execute global campaigns . Ensure all customer solutions and offers are consistent with the product mix and proposition and relevant for Taiwan . To operate under complex regulations and diversity of HSBC businesses to achieve a balance between the demands of the regulators, external bodies, and internal interests. . Adheres to processes and controls to identify and mitigate risks and ensures timely escalation of control issues and reputation risks . Implement the Group compliance policy by adhering to all relevant processes/procedures, keeping appropriate records and, where appropriate, by the timely implementation of internal and external audit points, including issues raised by the external regulators . To achieve a high standard of Financial Planning that is in line with the bank's direction . To develop the PRM in the respective team in term of job knowledge and demonstration of the bank's core values . To foster a positive sales culture that all team members welcome changes and challenges and are highly self-motivated

- University or above graduated - A minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail banking, specific product and proposition experience would be an advantage - Sound knowledge on Portfolio and product management, and an understanding of the industry and market movements - Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery - Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple deadlines and shifting priorities - Strong analytical reasoning and problem solving capabilities - Numerate and positive individual, with excellent interpersonal skills - Resilient, ability to embrace change - Proficiency in both English and Chinese - Strong ability to credibly interact with senior management - 金融市場常識與職業道德: prerequisite
