Project Manager

1. Manage the full lifecycle of automation projects, including planning, design, procurement, implementation, testing, and commissioning. 2. Collaborate with engineering, operations, IT/OT, vendors, and contractors to define project requirements and deliverables. 3. Develop detailed project plans covering scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation. 4. Monitor project execution, track milestones, and resolve issues that could impact quality, cost, or timeline. 5. Oversee integration of automation systems such as PLCs, SCADA, MES, motion control, Low Voltage Power Control solutions. 6. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout project execution. 7. Manage vendor relationships, including RFPs, contracts, and performance reviews. 8. Provide clear project updates to stakeholders, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies. 9. Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and applying best practices. Qualification 1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related field). 2. 3+ years of project management experience, with a focus on automation, industrial systems, or technology integration. 3. Familiarity with automation technologies (PLC, DCS, SCADA, MES, robotics, IoT, or digital transformation. 4. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and contractors. 5. PMP Certificate
