Manage end-to-end monthly payroll operations for Taiwan, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Partner with external payroll vendors to validate payroll data and resolve discrepancies. Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and other internal teams to support payroll-related matters. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies. Identify opportunities for process optimization and support payroll system enhancements. Assist in audits, reporting, and documentation related to payroll activities. 5+ years of experience in payroll operations, preferably in a multinational environment. Strong knowledge of Taiwan labor laws and payroll regulations. Experience working with payroll vendors and HRIS systems. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other payroll-related tools. 擁有會計、財務、人力資源或相關科系之學士學位。 具備 5 年以上薪資作業經驗,具跨國企業經驗者尤佳。 熟悉台灣勞動法令與薪資相關規定。 有與薪資供應商及 HRIS 系統合作的經驗。 具備優秀的分析能力、組織能力與溝通技巧。 能以高度保密性處理敏感資訊。 熟悉 Excel 及其他薪資相關工具。
