工作內容

Language Requirement: Fluent in Japanese and English. Native Japanese speakers preferred. Role Overview: As an Ecosystem Program Manager (EcoPM), you will drive strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration across partners, internal teams, and stakeholders to accelerate ecosystem growth and solution delivery. Your role is pivotal in ensuring alignment between business goals, technical execution, and (MS OEM) partner engagement—especially in Japanese-speaking markets. Key Responsibilities • Program Management: Lead and coordinate ecosystem programs across multiple teams, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact. • Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese-speaking partners, facilitating joint initiatives and resolving issues. • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to align ecosystem efforts with product and business strategies. • Issue Resolution & Workarounds: Identify and manage technical and operational challenges, and drive resolution through structured communication. • Documentation & Communication: Create and manage program documentation, including upgrade installation guides, workaround summaries, and action-required communications. • Language Support: Act as a liaison for Japanese-speaking stakeholders, translating business and technical requirements and ensuring cultural alignment. Required Skills • Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in a tech or consulting environment. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Business-level fluency in Japanese and English (spoken and written). • Ability to manage complex issues and drive cross-functional resolution.
