Required: • 具5年以上商務開發、策略合作或通路開發經驗,至少2年涵蓋國際市場,並擁有具體成果紀錄。 Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or channel development, with at least 2 years covering international markets, with proven track records. • 具備優異的專案管理與跨部門協調能力。 Strong project management and cross-functional coordination capabilities. • 優秀的談判與溝通能力,能同時推進多項合作案。 Excellent negotiation and communication skills; capable of handling multiple partnerships concurrently. • 中英文流利,能勝任跨國商務溝通需求。 Proficient in both Mandarin and English for professional business communication. • 熟悉商業數據(營收、毛利率、投資報酬率)並能評估合作案效益。 Basic understanding of business metrics (revenue, gross margin, ROI) and ability to assess commercial potential. • 具備主動積極、樂於嘗試與調整的特質,願意與團隊一同進步、共創成果。 Is a self-starter with high ownership, and enjoys learning from testing, adjusting quickly, and growing with the team. • 能在業績與目標壓力下穩定發揮,具備持續改善與問題解決的思維。Thrives under performance targets and has a mindset of continuous improvement.
