We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Assistant Brand Manager (I&R) to join our Mom & Baby Nutrition team! Position Summary Support Nestlé Taiwan M&B I&R team in developing a 5-year Innovation & Renovation (I&R) roadmap grounded in consumer insights, customer needs, and market trends. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across Nestlé—including Leadership team, Commercial, Supply Chain, RA, FP&A, Manufacturing, R&D, QA, and Regional & Global teams—to successfully bring new products to market and drive growth for the Mom & Baby category. A day in life of Assistant Brand Manager (I&R) - Innovation & Renovation Strategy: Identify consumer and market needs to build short- and long-term I&R pipelines. Leverage insights and data to shape future product concepts and prioritize innovation and renovation initiatives. - Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of I&R projects. Manage complex stakeholder networks to streamline processes and resolve challenges. - Launch Planning: Support the development of launch strategies for new business opportunities, including channel planning, pricing strategy, P&L management, and consumer communication plans. - Leadership Reporting: Prepare and present project updates, key milestones, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring alignment and visibility on I&R progress.

To succeed in the role, the following experience and competencies will be essential: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage - Over 5 years of experience in consumer marketing, brand or product management, or technical/nutrition-related roles, with experience in the OTC channel and FMCG industry considered a plus - Self-motivated and proactive, exhibiting a strong sense of ownership and accountability - Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities - Collaborative team player, open to new ideas and challenges - Fluency in both spoken and written English
