《About the Role》 The Strategic Growth Marketing role is designed for a high-impact B2B marketer focused on enabling revenue growth across strategic key accounts, global ecosystem partners, and regional associations. You will co-create and execute vertical-focused marketing programs, develop account-specific and partner-ready content, and collaborate closely with the region and cross-fuctional teams to drive measurable business outcomes. This role bridges the gap between market needs and solution value, transforming insights into action and content into revenue. Key Account Growth Marketing - Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) go-to-market strategies to support revenue growth across strategic customers in target regions. - Collaborate with Region BA Solution Business Platform to co-create tailored presentations, customer-facing content, and engagement campaigns. - Design and facilitate strategic workshops with key accounts and region teams to co-develop solution opportunities. 2. Global Vertical Solution Ecosystem Marketing - Plan and execute global ecosystem partner initiatives — including seminars, MoU signings, and co-marketing programs — to accelerate mutual visibility and business growth. - Produce co-branded content, success stories, and launch kits that showcase Delta’s joint achievements and strengthen partner engagement. - Collaborate with Vertical Solution Managers to translate industry insights and customer needs into growth-focused ecosystem campaigns and new business opportunities. 3. Regional Association Marketing - Lead regional collaboration with target associations and organizations (e.g., SGBC, REDAS, APIGBA) through seminars, workshops, panel discussion, and board-level engagement. - Co-host industry forums, training sessions, and advocacy campaigns to strengthen long-term influence and collaboration. - Leverage these engagements to cultivate strategic partnerships, unlock potential collaborations, and expand stakeholder networks across key markets. 4. Growth-Driven Marketing Execution - Leverage data analytics and customer insights to identify high-impact growth opportunities and translate them into targeted marketing actions that directly influence pipeline and revenue. - Plan and execute measurable growth programs — including key account workshops, vertical ecosystem campaigns, and association engagements — ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives. - Track performance across initiatives, analyze effectiveness, and continuously refine marketing strategies based on outcomes, competitive intelligence, and field feedback to accelerate regional go-to-market success. 5. Global Internal Communication & Solution Showcase - Lead BASBU's Global Internal Publication, curating regional success stories, business milestones, and transformation highlights to create a unified internal newsletter visible across the Delta Group. - Co-work with internal Team to Plan and Execute BASBU Global Solution Showcase (Live) events, featuring new solution launches, new product and version releases, vertical ecosystem integrations, and highlights from DCI and Loytec. - Strengthen BASBU’s internal branding and global engagement by promoting transparency, recognition, and pride across global teams through storytelling and live communication initiatives.

《Qualifications》 - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field (Master's degree is a plus). - 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, or account-based marketing. - Proven ability to develop content and campaigns that drive sales engagement and revenue outcomes. - Strong visual communication skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva); familiarity with CRM and marketing tools is a plus. - Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language (e.g., Japanese or another regional language) is a plus. - Willing to travel occasionally to other regions. ___________________________________________________________________________ 《Preferred Experience》 - Experience collaborating with strategic accounts and/or global partners in the smart building, sustainability, or tech sector. - Familiarity with vertical go-to-market strategy and multi-region marketing execution. - Understanding of smart building ecosystem components (BMS, EMS, IAQ, access control, etc.).
