Optimize resources in promotional programs to achieve sales targets. Tasks & Responsibilities -Equipped with sound business acumen and vigorous assessment skill to create strategic brand and business plan. Accordingly, translate strategy to action with well connected PDCA paradigm -Champion strategy to communicate with front-line operational team, shaping a winning culture with high spirit in the organization. If needed. provide timely update/ training to team for promotion activity. -Distill from market and customer understanding to produce communication contents with high quality. -Knowledgeable and skillful in digital instruments deployment to expand share-of-voice in a manner of cost-efficiency. -Collaborate with cross functional team, inclusive of Medical and Market access, turning out to identify KEE (Key-External-Expert) and create engagement plan to win advocacy. -Savvy on budget use and control to realize business maximization -Strong execution and leadership is required Requirements -Bachelor degree and above, in the domain of Business Management, Life-science/ Pharmacy or the like. -With 3 to 5 years of experience in front line customer-facing-role is preferred -Prior experience as a Manager is a plus -MBA degree/ certificate is a plus. -Fluency in English communication is a plus Ready to Contact Us?
