行政專員主要負責公司日常行政運作與後勤支援,確保內部流程順暢、辦公環境維持良好、文件資料準確歸檔,並協助跨部門溝通與行政專案執行。 The Administrative Specialist is responsible for daily office operations and administrative support to ensure smooth internal processes, proper document management, a well-maintained office environment, and effective coordination across departments. 一般行政事務管理 - 處理公司日常行政事項(如辦公用品採購、設備維護、廠商聯繫等) - 負責文件建檔、資料歸檔與公文往來 - 管理公司固定資產與存貨 General Administration: - Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination - Maintain filing systems and official documentation - Track office assets and inventory 人事與出勤協助 - 協助新人報到、離職及人事資料維護 - 整理員工出勤、請假及加班資料 - 協助舉辦公司活動與會議 HR Support: - Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and personnel record maintenance - Handle attendance and leave tracking - Support company events and meeting arrangements 財務與採購行政支援 - 協助製作報支單、請款單與對帳 - 協助採購流程及報價比價 - 支援財務部門行政工作 Finance & Procurement Support: - Prepare reimbursement and payment requests - Assist in procurement and vendor comparison - Provide administrative support to the finance team 主管交辦與跨部門協調 - 協助執行各項行政專案與改善措施 - 協調部門間溝通,確保資訊流暢 - 完成主管交辦之其他事項 Cross-Department Coordination: - Support administrative projects and process improvements - Coordinate communication among teams - Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors
