Senior Quality Engineer

Education and Experience: - A Master's degree in Engineering is required for this position. - Substantial experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control is essential. - Proven track record in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects or manufacturing environments is necessary. - Demonstrated expertise as a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) is required. Knowledge and Skills: - Comprehensive understanding of ODM/EMS processes and NPI procedures is crucial. - In-depth knowledge of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and risk management principles is expected. - Proficiency in quality engineering tools and methodologies is required. - Familiarity with reliability engineering concepts is highly valued. Certifications: - Professional certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) are strongly preferred. - Additional certifications like Certified Quality Manager (CQM) will be considered favorably. Language Proficiency: - Intermediate level of English proficiency is required. - Advanced level of Chinese language skills is essential. - The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise, quality management experience, and strong analytical skills to excel in this demanding role.
