1. Execute and assist with PCBA and module Troubleshooting, Bring-up, and Rework activities. 2. Assist in documenting and refining Product troubleshooting procedures. 3. Provide clear and timely Failure Analysis findings to Sr. Hardware (HW) test development engineers. 4. Provide initial on-site Technical support to the Manufacturing partners to help Triage issues, Document production fallouts, and support Failure Analysis efforts. 5. Co-work with Waymo Taiwan, and Waymo US and report the onsite issue in the Buganizer system. 6. Waymo vendor manager will provide onsite training and essential SOP & documentation.

Min. qualifications: 1. B.S./M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. 2. 0-2 yrs of exp. in basic Digital & Analog circuit analysis, PCBA bring-up, testing, and troubleshooting. 3. Proven hands-on EE lab skills and a strong willingness to learn and solve production problems. 4. English: Fluent, able to communicate technical issues w/ Waymo US team. Chinese: Native speaker. Preferred qualifications: 5. Fundamental understanding of PCBA & module Failure Analysis techniques. 6. Familiarity w/ Manufacturing process improvements. 7. Exp. w/ Linux operating systems is a plus. Others: 1. Ability to communicate w/ cross-functional teams in English & Chinese fluently. English reading/speaking is a MUST. 2. Bilingual capability is required (Mandarin & English). Mandarin speaking/reading is essential skill in HCLTech Taiwan. 3. Must demonstrate initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilities 4. Ability to work collaboratively and openly with cross-functional Team Leaders, members and client 5.
