1. Guide and improve the subordinates´ solutions strategy ability, and provide suggestions for solutions management skills and proficiency cross functions and sites. 2. Be accountable for setting overall departmental goals, and ensure the achievement of target tasks. 3. Be accountable for the cultivation and management of subordinates, including but not limited to work guidance and direction, experience transfer, and performance management. 4. Be responsible for shaping comprehensive strategy, development direction, and success metrics of solutions by conducting market research and analyzing clients´ requirements. This alignment with Delta’s technology development strategy and market trends ensures advanced functionalities. 5. Oversee the comprehensive portfolio of solutions, including internal technology integration/development roadmap and external market penetration. Define and advise on strategies for pricing, positioning, and promotion to ensure a leading market position. 6. Play an important role between solutions architecture, solution delivery, marketing, sales, and clients. This role manages the lifecycle of solutions, market trends, and competitive landscape, while collecting feedback from clients and sales to develop better features. 7. Excel at building relationships and collaborating with stakeholders across internal and external parties, effectively communicating product updates and collecting customer feedback to ensure the product aligns with market needs and business goals.
