We are humbled by the long-term relationships with our customers, earned through the packaging solutions we offer, including design, engineering, testing, manufacturing, and fulfillment of custom and stock packaging Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to manage key programs dedicated to supporting Lam Research, working closely with TransPak Taiwan and our U.S. headquarters. You will lead cross-functional coordination, manage project schedules, and ensure alignment on quality, delivery, and operational excellence. This role requires strong communication skills, a structured approach to project management, and the ability to work effectively across global teams and time zones. Responsibilities and Duties: Lead overall project planning and execution, including schedules, deliverables, and milestones to ensure alignment with Lam Research and corporate objectives. Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, logistics) to address technical and operational needs, ensuring efficient communication and timely resolution. Monitor and report project performance, highlighting risks, progress, and key issues to stakeholders and management. Collaborate with the U.S. headquarters to resolve challenges, drive process improvement, and maintain operational consistency across regions. Build and sustain strong customer relationships, supporting quotation, cost analysis, and ensuring satisfaction with TransPak’s service quality. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of project management experience. Proven experience in coordinating with global teams and managing multinational clients. Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
