The job position is located in Tainan and need to co-work with hardware support team and quickly solve any hardware issue for normal MOCVD production 2. It is at least five years for LED or GaN power Epitaxy Experience and having any experience about GaN on Silicon is better. 3. To analysis the epitaxy performance in measurement from XRD, PL, AFM and relative data check after epitaxy. 4. Assist to build the wafer flow chart and match our supplier's system for wafer comes, epitaxy, metrology measurement and wafer verification with process and finally shipping. 5. Planning the epitaxy production plan for project request and manger plan for epiwafer verification process checking plan to satisfy for project requests. 6. COW/COT data review and discuss the test issue with test team and improve yield by epitaxy performance improvement. 7. Have an open mind and positive attitude to meet any challenge and communicate well with supplier to enhance job move forward and keep a good relationship to achieve win-win.
