We’re looking for a passionate and talented Field Application Engineer (FAE) to join our growing global team! Location: On-site (initially in Hsinchu County, Taiwan; relocation to India after training) Job Type: Full-time As a Field Application Engineer, you’ll serve as the technical bridge between our innovative products and customer needs — collaborating with internal teams, supporting design-in activities, and ensuring successful product integration. After completing training in Taiwan, the selected candidate will relocate to India to lead and support the India-based FAE support team. Key Responsibilities Provide in-depth technical support for design-in and application issues Collaborate with sales teams to drive product adoption Deliver technical presentations, training, and application notes Assist in circuit debugging and system performance optimization Represent customer feedback internally to enhance products Lead and support the India FAE team post-relocation Travel as required for regional and overseas engagements Qualifications Experience in Field Application Engineering, Technical Support, or similar roles Background in technical sales support and customer engagement Solid knowledge of analog and power electronics systems Familiarity with BLDC motor control, power management ICs, or BMS is a plus Strong troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Nationality: Indian (preferred) Bilingual proficiency: Hindi and English; Chinese is a strong plus Willingness to travel overseas for training and customer support
