《如果你英文精通 / 熟悉BOM表 / 具備1-2年電子產品專案管理經驗 / 對顯示器產品感興趣 / 期待跳入外商品牌原廠 / 歡迎按下主動應徵了解更多 》 【Responsibilities】 ▲Act as the primary engineering representative to ODM partners on behalf of the Display Engineering organization. ▲Translate Market Requirement Reviews (MRRs) and other business inputs into technical product specifications. ▲Develop and manage RFQ-related engineering documents, validate responses, and ensure cost targets are met. ▲Manage Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) and development expenses for each phase of the program. ▲Deliver platforms in alignment with POR schedule and committed engineering specifications. ▲Own communication with Partner Business Managers regarding design changes and cost implications. ▲Coordinate the execution and reporting of validation test plans. ▲Prepare phase exit reviews and update exit criteria aligned with product maturity and milestone status. ▲Represent engineering in cross-functional SM (Schedule Management) meetings and provide regular status updates. ▲Manage and communicate Design Proposal Scores under the TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) program. 【Candidate Profile】 ▲Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. ▲Experience in hardware platform or program management, preferably in display or PC-related industries. ▲Proven expertise in working with ODMs, managing RFQs, and leading validation and NPI activities. ▲Strong project management, schedule tracking, and phase review coordination experience. ▲Solid understanding of BOM cost structure and design-to-cost practices. ▲Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese. ▲Strong analytical, negotiation, and documentation skills. ▲PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
