工作內容: 開發人形機器人關節模組驅動電路與 IPM 拓樸設計(GaN 功率晶片為主) 設計驅動與保護電路(過壓、過流、短路、溫度保護) 模擬與驗證系統效率(使用 LTspice / PLECS) 協助 SoC 團隊定義 IPM 功率階層與控制邏輯 撰寫技術規格、測試報告與 BOM 管理 條件需求: 電機 / 電子 / 控制相關科系 具功率電子或馬達驅動電路開發經驗 熟悉 GaN / MOSFET / Driver IC 特性 能使用 PLECS、LTspice 或等效模擬工具 加分條件: 具人形機器人、無人機、伺服系統開發經驗 熟悉 STM32 / PWM / FOC 控制架構 熟悉 PCB Layout (Altium / KiCad) 工作地點: 台北市大安區基隆路四段 43 號 國立臺灣科技大學國際大樓育成中心
