Responsibilities 1. Pose impactful research questions that guide experimental design 2. Design and execute AI experiments to test hypotheses and advance capabilities 3. Assess results, draw actionable insights, and iterate rapidly 4. Apply AI techniques to practical problems, enhancing user experiences through scalable solutions 5. Keep abreast of state-of-the-art developments and translate them into usable approaches Requirments 1. Proficiency in Python and PyTorch or equivalent deep learning frameworks 2. Ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable training pipelines 3. Experience with experiment tracking, model checkpointing, and ML tooling 4. Typically 2–5 years of hands-on experience training deep learning models in real-world settings 5. Strong analytical mindset and proven ability to deliver tangible results 6. Excellent collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams
