You must possess the ability to handle a stressful environment and clearly articulate complex project status to all stakeholders. ●Proactive Driver: You will be proactive in providing guidance to the overseas teams regarding HQ policies and processes, ensuring operational consistency and efficiency across the board. ●Career Flexibility: This is a launching pad. You have the option to learn the probe card market, the semiconductor industry, and engage with Global customers located in Taiwan, setting a path for future growth into management or sales. 【Key Responsibilities】 1. Overseas Project Management Support: Understand the scope and status of overseas projects and assist the Director in coordinating with the HQ Planning Team for effective management. 2.Possess the ability to clearly explain project status (delays, risks, changes) to both the Director and global teams. 3.Policy and Process Integration: Be proactive in communicating and providing clear guidance to overseas teams on HQ policies and processes. 4.Execute multi-tasking effectively to manage concurrent coordination efforts and documentation. 5.Communication and Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary interpreter and communication link for the Director and local departments.
