Role and responsibilities
For our Global Operations Center in Taiwan we are searching for Supply Chain Professionals. You fulfill the demand of our customers for spare parts and tools for their maintenance activities on some of the most complex machines in the right quantity and at the right time & cost.
Time is of the essence to ensure a seamless production of our customers without interruptions on our machines.
-Handling of urgent material requests from worldwide customers in a rolling 24/7 shift system with the right customer focus, while meeting all milestones related to communication and execution
-Monitoring of worldwide shipments
-Ability to resolve complex issues and drive improvements to further optimize processes
-Ability to support escalations and provide communication proposals for review
-Constructive and reliable communication with worldwide stakeholders from all departments within ASML
-This position requires shift work.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in related subject i.e. Supply Chain Management, Information Science, Engineering etc. preferred
-Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an international company, semiconductor industry is preferred
-A tactical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Analytical thinking and ability to organize and prioritize workload

1.Support Design Engineer on Signal Integrity testing and Debugging on Chip and Demo Board

Overview:
Basic knowledge of power electronics, including DC/DC, AC/DC converter, power devices, and magnetic components.
Participate in the product development discussion and communicate with PM/PE teams to define new product’s features.
Responsible to design the evaluation boards, product verification and provide technical support for customers.
Responsibilities:
-Design EVB board, Layout check & Debug PCB board

-Review customer’s circuit and provide technical support for worldwide
Qualifications:
-Knowledge in oscilloscope operation
-Familiarity with Altium
1. Familiar with Touch IC is a plus, provides technical expertise and value to customers.
2. Responsible for understanding the customer's application requirement and works with sales and marketing to provide the product that meets customer s need.
3. Provide technical support for products and work with SW and FW to identify customer's issues.
4. 有PC硬體背景佳(示波器、I2C通訊、量測訊號).
Job Summary:
This position's responsibilities include enhancing and debugging analog and digital IC products, developing reference circuits, writing datasheets and application/design notes, and providing application support for computing customers.
Essential Functions:
• Work with design engineers, field applications team, and marketing to enhance and debug analog and digital IC products.
• Develop application reference circuits.
• Write datasheets, application notes, design notes.
• Provide application support for key customers and field application engineers
Qualifications:
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in switch mode power designs including DC/DC, AC/DC, or inverters.
• MSEE or higher required
• Fluent communication skills in English
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Previous experience in SI/PI analysis, computing system power design, power supply manufacturer, or power management IC company desired

Internally, it is the bridge between customers and internal R&D engineering teams. The role of Application Engineer is not only to provide the high-quality technical support for products, but also needs to manage both customer relationships and the technical solution of customer’s requests, deliver customer and partner experience through timely response, cross departments collaboration and execution to engage the projects.
Responsibilities:
- Technical support, including pre-sales/post-sales scoping, troubleshooting, solution providing and close case to engage the projects.
- Collaborate effectively with internal relevant departments for the solution.
- Collect and report the customer feedback and market competitor info - On-site support key customers to resolve the issues.
- Technical training/partner events for Sales and partners.
- OEM/ODM/Customize Projects’ customer support.

2.Support compatibility testing for PD, HUB, and related products.
3.Analyze root causes and provide relevant debugging information to assist R&D in resolving issues.
4.Summarize qualification results and compile the final QA report.
5.Support the marketing and FAE team in analyzing field failures and provide feasible solutions based on findings.
