工作內容 - 跨平台應用測試：執行Android、iOS App及Web前後端的手動與自動化測試，確保系統穩定性與功能正確性。 - 測試規劃與案例撰寫：根據需求規格制定測試計劃、撰寫並維護測試案例，並確保測試過程具備良好可追溯性。 - 自動化測試腳本開發：撰寫功能測試、效能測試、網路安全測試等腳本，以提升測試效率與覆蓋率。 - 上線後品質監控：協助監控正式環境中系統表現，針對穩定性與異常進行追蹤分析。 - 技術文件維護：撰寫常見問題、技術說明與測試報告。 條件要求 - 熟悉Web與 Android、iOS 等應用測試流程，具備實務測試經驗。 - 具備缺陷管理與測試工具使用經驗（如Gitlab、Postman、Git等）。 - 具備自動化測試基本能力，能撰寫簡易腳本（MySQL、Python、Node.js、Java、Swift等皆可）。

##職務說明 1.建立與維護飛針測試程式與流程－撰寫飛針測試程式、優化測試參數與流程，確保測試準確性、穩定性及測試時間最小化。 2.提供測試建議與Guideline 給研發單位－根據飛針測試需求，提供測試點配置、可測性（DFT）分析與Layout建議，協助RD優化設計以提升可測性與良率。 3.產品異常分析與跨部門技術支援－分析測試過程中發現的異常，並與研發、製造、品保等部門合作找出根因，提供改善建議。 ##技能需求 1.熟悉SPEA 4080 飛針機台操作者佳 2.具電子元件背景知識（如 Diode,MOS, etc）者佳 3.邏輯清晰、學習能力強、積極主動，能夠跨部門溝通與協作
