We are now hiring an International Sales Representative (APAC) to join our team and help us expand our mission across Asia-Pacific.

我們現正誠徵 亞太區國際業務專員(International Sales Representative - APAC),一起推動我們的使命。
1. 擬定區域經銷商佈局策略,甄選符合公司價值觀之潛在夥伴。
2. 執行盡職調查與投資報酬評估,提出加盟 / 替換建議。
3. 與經銷商訂定年度目標(銷售額、毛利率、庫存週轉)。
4. 設計支援方案與獎懲機制(價格政策、行銷支援、市場開發計畫)。
5. 定期 Business Review,追蹤 KPI 達成與改善計畫。
6.與供應鏈協作,降低缺貨與過剩庫存風險。
7蒐集競爭對手價格、市占、策略動向與客戶痛點,定期提交市場情報報告。
8. 與內部團隊協作,優化區域市場策略與執行計畫。
Job Responsibilities
Business development: expand and maintain customer relationships, and provide excellent service with a professional attitude.
Achieve sales targets based on company-defined KPIs.
Strengthen and maintain client relationships in line with company products and strategies.
Drive business growth through referrals and channel partnerships.
Develop sales plans to attract new clients and expand the customer base.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments.
Participate in domestic and international trade shows; plan and execute marketing activities.

【工作內容】
A. 尋找新商機、開發新客戶與新市場、接洽及訂單處理
B. 提升客戶關係與公司銷售服務品質
C. 領導客戶專案/訂單執行的相關進度及跨部門即時溝通
D. 客戶接待以及規劃出國參展的相關安排
E. 即時回報並完成主管交辦事務。
F. 依據業務獎金制度執行,每月發放團隊與個人業務獎金
Responsibilities:
.Initiate and conduct business partnership discussions, develop new collaborations, and present partnership proposals.
.Manage day-to-day external communications and maintain strong relationships with partners; monitor client performance and provide operational support.
.Consolidate client requirements and coordinate cross-functional communication within the company.
.Promote company campaigns, assist partners with campaign launches, and compile performance data to assess campaign effectiveness.
.Conduct market and competitor research to support business strategies.
.Analyze product and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
.Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
.TOEIC 900+ or IELTS 7.5+ equivalent English proficiency (excellent written and spoken English required).
.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.); strong written communication and reporting skills.
.Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills; adaptable, flexible, and a great team player.
.Proactive, logical thinker with a positive and responsible attitude.
1.Responsible for product development collaboration with brand clients.
2.Tracking product development progress internally / externally.
3.Liaising with domestic and international tier 1 PCC to collaborate and align product development details.
4.Participating in industry related exhibition / client vendor fairs. Facility all show product presentation matters. .
5.Preparation the new seasonal catalogs for brand clients.
6.Both Domestic / International travel required (20% in a year).
7.Driver's license and driving ability required.
