Key Responsibilities: • Manage Process Environment: Ensure stable conditions to maintain process quality and deliver output results. • ECU/Enclosure (Heat Exchanger) Operations: Oversee daily standard operation settings compliance and address abnormal issues in coordination with PDC. • Cold Repair System Retrofit: Ensure ECU/Enclosure system upgrades align with tank platform update requirements. • Equipment Maintenance: Plan and execute cold repair ECU/Enclosure equipment overhaul to ensure reliability. • Engineering Management: Oversee general and building maintenance-related engineering tasks. • SCADA System Management: Operate and maintain Facility system SCADA, ensuring effective monitoring and control. • End-of-Life Equipment Management: Mitigate risks by developing and executing upgrade plans for aging equipment. • Spare Parts Management: Ensure availability of spare parts to support equipment reliability and repairs. • Issue Root Cause Analysis: Investigate abnormal issues, execute problem-solving plans, and conduct well-documented procedures, PPA, and toolbox meetings. • Cost-Effectiveness: Optimize system operations to achieve cost-efficiency. • Compliance: Adhere to Facility MOC management rules and compliance plans.
