World Express group is a legacy Airline General Sales Agent in the Taiwan market with over 50 years of experience. Our Passenger sales team is the largest revenue generating department at World Express group. Currently, we represent two world class airlines: United Airlines and Lufthansa Group.
We are currently looking to hire an Account Manager for United Airlines. This position will focus on developing new existing business, maximizing market share and revenue generation via our portfolio of TMC's, OTA's, Travel Agencies and Corporate accounts. You will have opportunities to develop and plan B2B, B2C tactical sales activities and work with multiple stakeholders at multiple levels on the client side to create maximum value for both organizations.
You will also be working across divisions within United Airlines locally, regionally and globally to coordinate tactical activities, while actively promoting the Airline's brand, value proposition and company message.
* Develops customized client solutions though in-depth data analysis, opportunity identification, market intelligence, deal building, account planning, account reviews and ongoing contract performance management.
* Utilize sales technology and data platforms to manage, identify and create opportunities for increased revenue and share.
* Utilize Consultative and value based selling skills to increase customer engagement and value creation.
* Organize sales activities such as promotional events, presentation, seminars and roadshows.
* Participates in community and industry related associations and events.
* Proactively generates corporate account leads and new client acquisitions.
1.Present and sell cable and harness products to current and potential customers.
2.Conduct required market survey and marketing plan to support sales growth.
3.Develop business in new market or territory.
4.Penetrate target accounts for cable products and project selling.
5.Lead/ do necessary communication between oversea factory and customer for custom projects from initial phase to production phase.
6.Help to communicate quality requirements / issues and solve customer quality complaint.
7.Driving new products development plan.
8.Others as assigned by upper management.
