Role and responsibilities
For our Global Operations Center in Taiwan we are searching for Supply Chain Professionals. You fulfill the demand of our customers for spare parts and tools for their maintenance activities on some of the most complex machines in the right quantity and at the right time & cost.
Time is of the essence to ensure a seamless production of our customers without interruptions on our machines.
-Handling of urgent material requests from worldwide customers in a rolling 24/7 shift system with the right customer focus, while meeting all milestones related to communication and execution
-Monitoring of worldwide shipments
-Ability to resolve complex issues and drive improvements to further optimize processes
-Ability to support escalations and provide communication proposals for review
-Constructive and reliable communication with worldwide stakeholders from all departments within ASML
-This position requires shift work.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in related subject i.e. Supply Chain Management, Information Science, Engineering etc. preferred
-Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an international company, semiconductor industry is preferred
-A tactical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Analytical thinking and ability to organize and prioritize workload

本部門在新產品開發階段負責製程設計與驗證(Process Design & Validation), 透過DFM評估以及跨部門討論來改善產品設計, 規劃生產流程並導入大量生產。
在這裡工作可以學習到:
- 縱向開發與研究先進製程技術及橫向跨部門溝通協調,會應用到設備整合的知識、產線規劃與數據分析的技巧。
- 了解SMT與機構組裝未來趨勢,研究微型化與先進製程應用。
- 運用自身工程經驗,配合DFM、PFMEA等方法,評估產品的可製造性與潛在風險,並研究新的製程、材料與設備應用。

【工作內容】
- New product design review for manufacturing
- Introduction of new product prototype/pilot run, verification and mass production
-Evaluation, development and introduction of new materials, processes and advanced production technologies.
-Abnormal quality and failure analysis and improvement. (PFMEA)
-To coordinate cross function team and do risk assessment for making (consolidating) the decision of production/manufacturing
-To communicate production status, issues with cross function team and lead / drive cross function team on issue solving
-To handle the regular PID (Product In Development) meetings and coordinate follow-ups
◆ Manage employees and build teams, motivating and disciplining staff.
◆ Supervising warehouse environment, ensure safety of staff.
◆ Facilitates meetings with cross functional team members to resolve risk factors that may compromise a customer delivery schedule.
◆ Manages department related reports (performance, productivity) internally and externally.
◆ Handle and execute shipping operations. Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity..etc.

Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Plan and purchase material requirements and ensure the flow of materials for ongoing production as well as for new products in development.
- Prepare, review, place department purchasing requisitions.
- Maintain computerized purchasing records and paper filing.
- Monitor and resolve production material shortages.
- Seek, partner, and maintain relationships with reliable outside vendors and suppliers to manage purchase orders based on demand.
- Place order and follow up closely with counterpart CMs to achieve sales demand and fulfillment.
- Monitor and follow up closely with internal and/or CM production schedule to ensure on-time delivery and monitor it for prototype projects.
- Update planning spreadsheets and internal reports regularly.
- Review and monitor inventory levels against sales ratio and sales forecast; respond to changes in sales trend and sales forecast.
- Enter purchase transactions precisely and gather both historical and current data.
- Other projects and tasks may be assigned based on business needs.
