1. Promote continuous improvement activities, such as Kaizen Week, QIT, LSS, CIP Seminar, workshop, etc.
2. Conduct Lean Six Sigma, MSA, SPC, FMEA training and prepare the training materials.
3. Identify improvement opportunities and coach QIT, Kaizen, and LSS projects.
4. Evaluate and review improvement projects performance, and track effectiveness and efficiency.
5. Summarize related knowledge, best practices and lessons learned for the WW Lean teams sharing.
6. Fulfill customer requirements for continuous improvement.
