Makes plans improvements, leads and maintain Factory Building & Utilities equipment while ensuring efficiency in operations & maintenance with compliance to local laws other requirements. Provides technical supervision for the proper operation of Utilities equipment and Engineering services, according to local laws and corporate safety standards. Initiated related improvement strategies with the use of the Building Management System in our manufacturing environment to improve the factory's efficiency. Define efficient standards using the latest technology and incorporate them into projects in the area of Building & Utilities and Energy Supply in the factory. As the Facility Engineer you will: - EQUIPMENT & UTILITY MAINTENANCE - Ensures the continuity of supply of all media used in the factory (e.g., steam, heat, cooling, gas, compressed air, vacuum, water, wastewater, and rainwater). Plan, manage, maintain, and improve the factory facilities and equipment.
